Eedo Knowledgeware Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

NASHUA, New Hampshire -(August 29, 2007) Eedo Knowledgeware is pleased to announce it has appointed Jim McCaw as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. McCaw, who brings to the company more than 20 years of finance experience, will oversee all financial operations and treasury functions, reporting to John Hudson, President and CEO, effective immediately.

“The scope of Jim’s background and level of experience make him a welcome and valuable addition to our executive team,” said Mr. Hudson. “He is joining us at an exciting time when we are expanding globally and broadening our product offerings. His expertise and insights will be of tremendous value to Eedo.”

Mr. McCaw spent 21 years at KPMG LLP, the last 10 as a partner in the Advisory Practice (corporate finance). In addition to his partner role, he was a Senior Vice President and Director of KPMG Corporate Finance Inc., leading KPMG’s Corporate Finance practice for Eastern Ontario. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and Corporate Finance practitioner (CF).

In the community, Mr. McCaw is chair of VON Canada’s (Victorian Order of Nurses) strategic planning committee and is a member of its executive committee.
